Hana Černá Silovská

is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Regional Studies, Faculty of Economics, Prague University of Economics and Business, where she has been engaged in academic work for over a decade in the fields of regional development and public finance. Her specialization includes local government finance, regional analysis, and local economic development. As part of her research activities, she completed a research stay at the EIREST – Interdisciplinary Research Team on Tourism, University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris, France.

As part of her teaching activities, she also works at the Central European Management Institute (CEMI MBA Studies s.r.o.) as a Senior Lecturer. In the past, she held a similar position at the international educational institution InterActive Pro. Beyond academia, she has professional experience in the private IT sector, where she worked as a business manager.

Hana Černá Silovská has many years of experience in both teaching and research. She has led or contributed to numerous projects focused on education, development, international cooperation, and regional economics and development (GAČR, IGS VŠE, ESF EU, RegPol2, and CRP13+). In 2015, she received the Josef Hlávka Award.
